Mark has his level one from the FA and UEFA C coaching badges and has been coaching various age groups for the past 13 years. Mark assisted in the setup of the successful Mini Tangies which ran for seven years. In addition to that he is the welfare officer and the safeguarding officer for Diss Town Youth.
James is gearing up to complete his level one coaching badge in the coming months. He has been an assistant coach with the team for 3 years. He also assisted the successful mini tangies club on a Saturday morning. James also has had an effective season playing for Earsham FC Reserves on a Saturday which has earned him a promotion to the first team for next season.
